Day 16

190.0

My weight is just about were it was when I started and this isn’t good blogging.  I’m going to stop posting until I have a few more weeks of data.  Until then keep well!

Day 15

189.2  Hmmmmm….can someone help me out here?

WEIGHT CHART JUNE 22

I haven’t change my diet and after taking the green coffee bean extract for 15 days (800 mg 3x/day) my weight has shot up to nearly my start point.  If anything I am eating healthier since I’m feeling better and I can get out and shop for food again rather live off my pantry and freezer.  My lungs are pretty clear and went back into the gym and put in 1-1/2 hours of weight training after a two-week period of extreme inactivity.  Why would my weight go up?

Day 14

187.0…a slight drop in weight.

CHART JUNE 21

My lungs and throat felt pretty good today.  Can not wait to see what hitting the gym will do.  I’m feeling like I’m at 97%.

Day 13

Sonofagun…I weighed in at 187.8…a slight loss.  At this point I am cautiously optimistic about the green coffee extract.

CHART JUNE 20

This is the second day that I’m feeling good so I think I’m over the bronchitis.  I’m so sorry that this test started out this way, but at the same time it got us some interesting data (contrast between the study’s no excercise vs. me barely getting out of bed and still losing weight)

The Dr. Oz test subjects were healthy and moving around (although not exercising).  Conversely, I was feeling rotten and eating higher calorie and higher fat foods than I would normally eat and then sleeping most of the day.  Sick or not, I would have expected to have gained a bit of weight.  Instead, I lost weight.

I will be slowly increasing my physical activity in the next few days until I’m back to my normal routine (lifting and cardio 3-4 times a week).  After two weeks of extreme inactivity and still losing a little weight I don’t think it would be overly optimistic to expect more than the 1lb/wk weight loss I was expecting the green coffee extract to produce.  Whatever…talk and speculation is cheap….here we go.

Day 12

188.2

Debating going to the doctor’s and getting antibotics.  I really hate takiing heavy duty meds for such minor illnesses, but not going to the gym is killing me and I really am curious to see what the green coffee extract can do under ”normal” conditions.  At the very least the past two weeks will give me an insight into how the extract works when the test subject does and doesn’t do any excercise.

Day 11

Weighed in at 188.6

WEIGHT GRAPH

Feeling better.  Hopefully I’ll get out of the house tomorrow and get some activity.  Depressing watching my weight go up, but that’s just life.  I figured in the 12 weeks that I planned to do this experiment I figured I would have some celebration or vacation that would mess up my calorie intake and/or exercise plans, but I didn’t plan on having this disruption do early in the game.

Overall, I’m still doing quite well considering my weight was going up even while exercising before this test.

Day 10

Geez, I’m just not catching a break here.  My dream of hitting the gym tomorrow and getting my metabolism back to where it should be normally isn’t happening.

Relapsing with the bronchitis, but I’m feeling well enough to keep taking my green coffee bean extract and still keeping up with the blogging.  I wouldn’t recommend anyone using my keyboard just yet.

I weighed in at 187.0 for whatever that’s worth.  I’ve been perspiring a lot from a mild grade fever, not drinking much water, and my calorie intake is much lower today since I’ve been asleep for most of the day.

Real life science at work…  =P
